Introduction to Vectors in Matlab
Defining a Vector

Matlab is a software package that makes it easier for you to enter matrices and vectors, and manipulate them. The interface follows a language that is designed to look a lot like the notation use in linear algebra. In the following tutorial, we will discuss some of the basics of working with vectors. What Is MATLAB?
MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical computing. It ntegrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easy-to-use nvironment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar athematical notation. Typical uses include: Read More
pack
pack Consolidate workspace memory.
pack performs memory garbage collection. Extended MATLAB sessions may cause memory to become fragmented, preventing
large variables from being stored. pack is a command that saves all variables on disk, clears the memory, and then
reloads the variables. Read More
clear
clear Clear variables and functions from memory.
clear removes all variables from the workspace.
clear VARIABLES does the same thing.
clear GLOBAL removes all global variables.
clear FUNCTIONS removes all compiled M- and MEX-functions.
clear ALL removes all variables, globals, functions and MEX links.
clear ALL at the command prompt also removes the Java packages
import list. More »
