Signal Process Matlab-prompt
« on: December 13, 2010, 05:39:27 PM »
Hello there,

I am completely new to MatLab. I have read and seen some tutorials and video's. However they didn't seem to help me a lot. Now I want to try it this way. I am familiar to signal processing.

In MatLab-prompt, I've to 'read in' the next transfer of a process: 100 / ( (S+2) (S+0,5) ). Then I have to start the Root Locus-Tool. After this, I have to import the process to 'G'.

How do I start? By making a blank .m file? How do I declare the variables of the function? Do you declare the zero- and pole points in the SISO Design GUI?

Can anyone give me a push into the right direction?

Thanks in advance.
