please help me with this matlab linear algebra

Hi,

Anybody can help me please?

there is a question and I need to get solve Matriz X that is a 4X10
I don't know how can I handle this question and Get calculated X from matlab.

I attach my code to this post, I use X as a iniatial but it's a linear algebra that should calc in program!!!

let me know you idea.

I can't catch these equations clearly.
But I recommand that you can use the optimasation toolbox
