I need your help to find methods for solving my problem below:
aim of my problem is finding number 13 with binary genetic algorithm with matlab.
This number has two digits which decimal digit can take integer number between 1-9 and another one 0 in addition to 1-9. how do we start this problem? if you have matlab code please send me.
